So what does that mean? Well in a nutshell your physical body houses what is called your ‘Subtle Body’ or ‘Aura’ and is made up of these primary parts:
Energy Pathways called meridians or nadis which flow within your body and stimulate your organ and nervous systems; Energy Centres called chakras, which act like ‘sub stations’ for the energy. These centers help to slow down or speed up energy as it passes within the energy system and Energy Fields which exist within, through, and beyond the physical body. These fields are constantly interacting with other fields in your environment – like from other people and our natural and man-made environments.
